Purchaser hereafter mentioned refers at all times to the customer who purchased ADAPTEC product(s). 2Gb SANbloc Warranty - Adaptec warrants 2Gb SANbloc products of its manufacture to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of shipment. During this period, if the customer experiences difficulties with a ADAPTEC 2Gb SANbloc system and is unable to resolve the problem via phone with ADAPTEC Technical Support a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued for the faulty component.
