Overtravel occurs during home position detecting movement. The stop switch is pressed during home position detecting movement. Zero detecting movement out of range Needle stop position error This is not usually displayed. Turn the power off and on once. If the same error occurs again, the area sensor is faulty. Press the or turn on the F/B switch on the head to either STOP side to restart the home position detecting movement again. Turn the power off and on once. If the same error occurs again, the home position sensor is faulty. Adjust the pulley stop position (100 degrees) above the needle and press the or turn on the F/B switch on the STOP head to either side. ERROR 1A Destination coordinates error This is not usually displayed. ERROR 1B Restart perimeter Stop while transferring to next repeat pattern The machine has reached the mending stop position. The machine stops during mask tracing. The machine stops while the needle is moving between patterns during repeat sewing. This is not usually displayed. Tracing is cancelled if the key is pressed when the maSTOP chine is stopped during mask tracing. Press the key to continue tracing. This is displayed when the stop switch is pressed while the hoop is moving. Press the to move the hoop again. (It is necessary to press the again to start sewing.) Errors E-1C and E-1D are not displayed due to mechanical problems. Remove unused presser foot, or it may be damaged Presser foot down error When the power is turned on, bed can not be retracted. Presser foot down error while searching for home position just after the power is turned on. This is displayed when every other head control is selected or when the bed is retreated (including when the power is turned on). Remove the presser foot of the retreating head and press the return key or turn the F/B switch of the head to either side. If every other head control is not selected or the bed is not retreated, the bed sensor position may be faulty. Readjust it. Press the key. If the same error occurs STOP again, adjust it with the presser foot switch. Press the or turn on the F/B switch on the head to eiSTOP ther side.
