UTILITY STITCHES Checking characters You can check the characters in a combination with following method. Press the "+" or "-" side of a adjustment key) repeatedly. When you have finished sewing, use scissors to d trim off any excess threads at the beginning of the stitching and between the characters.  The last character will be deleted.
