config arpentry
Syntax
config arpentry <ipaddr> <macaddr>
Description
This command configures ARP entries in
the switch’s ARP table.
Parameters
<ipaddr>
−
The IP address of the end node
or station.
<macaddr>
−
The
MAC
address
corresponding to the IP address above.
Restrictions
Only administrator-level users can issue
this command.
Example Usage:
To configure an ARP Table entry:
local>config arpentry 10.1.1.1 00-50-BA-00-07-36
Command: config arpentry 10.1.1.1 00-50-BA-00-07-36
Success.
