Remove the two (M2x5.5) screws that secure the fan to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. 3. Lift the fan, along with the fan cable, off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. Steps
1.
Disconnect the fan cable from the connector (FAN) on the system board.
2.
Remove the two (M2x5.5) screws that secure the fan to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3.
Lift the fan, along with the fan cable, off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
