13 Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) Dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP) is an application layer protocol that dynamically assigns IP addresses and other configuration parameters to network end-stations (hosts) based on the configuration policies the network administrators determine. Syntax Parameters clear ip dhcp [binding {address} | conflict | server statistics] binding address conflicts server statistics Enter the keyword binding to delete all entries in the binding table. Enter the IP address to clear the binding entry for a single IP address. Enter the keyword conflicts to delete all of the log entries created for IP address conflicts.
