Releasing the Transportation Lock Lever Before you connect the scanner to a power source, follow the steps below to release the transportation lock lever. 1. Place the scanner on a flat, stable surface with its rear panel facing you. 2. Slide the transportation lock lever to the UNLOCK position as shown below. Releasing the Transportation Lock Lever
Before you connect the scanner to a power source, follow the
steps below to release the transportation lock lever.
1.
Place the scanner on a flat, stable surface with its rear panel
facing you.
2.
Slide the transportation lock lever to the
UNLOCK
position
as shown below.
Note:
Be sure to return the transportation lock lever to the
LOCK
position
