Control panel message Event log 13.11 Paper Jam in Input 13.11.1B Device 66.22.09 Output Device 66.22.09 Failure Meaning A jam occurred in the first C-link device configured. It is an input device (2,000-sheet Input Tray or 2 x 500-sheet Input Tray) with an error code 1B. This is normally a timeout at an entry or exit sensor. A hardware malfunction occurred in the second C-link device configured. It is an output device (Mailbox) with an error code 09. This is an external memory error. Note Print a configuration page to properly identify the input or output device configured. Notice that the error format only identifies the C-link device number and the device type; it does not identify which input or output device is used in the system. Figure 241.
