The Production Pro System Manager The Production Pro System Manager provides the centralized services for configuring and managing the system. A Production Pro Print Server system includes one Production Pro System Manager. Functionality provided by the Production Pro System Manager include: ● The overall view into the Production Pro Print Server system. It provides the underlying databases for managing jobs. ● Connection to the HP Remote Production Client. When users log into the system, they are connecting to the Production Pro System Manager. ● Job submission. All jobs submitted to the system using the regular input methods (hot folders, ISV inputs, job import, and networked printers) are entered into the Production Pro System Manager's Master Job list. ● Workflow management. The Production Pro System Manager manages the workflow of jobs from initial job submission through printing. ● RIP Management (see The Production Pro RIP System on page 3).The Production Pro System Manager does not do actual RIPping. The Production Pro System Manager

The Production Pro System Manager provides the centralized services for configuring and managing

the system. A Production Pro Print Server system includes one Production Pro System Manager.
