31 User account reference My Account dialog box The My Account dialog box is used to change settings for your account. To open the dialog box, click My Account in the Admin menu. User ID Full name Change password Your unique user ID that identifies your account. This cannot be edited. Your full name. Displays the Change Password dialog box for changing your password. Change Password dialog box (users) The Change Password dialog box is displayed by clicking Change Password in the My Account dialog box. Old password New password Confirm password Enter your current password . Enter a new password. Passwords must be 6 to 8 characters and must contain at least one letter and one number. Re-enter the new password. Manage Remote Accounts dialog box The Manage User Accounts dialog box is displayed by clicking Remote Accounts in the Admin menu. It is used to add and delete users. You must have administration permission to access this dialog box. See Adding users on page 178 for more information. Remote Users New Edit Delete Set Password Remote Roles The list of remote user accounts. Opens the New Remote Account dialog box for adding a new user account. Opens the Edit Remote Account dialog box for editing properties of the selected account. Deletes the selected account. Opens the Change Password dialog box for resetting a user's password. Opens the Manage Remote Roles dialog box. Use this dialog box to create new roles and edit existing ones.
