Printing multiple envelopes Only use envelopes that are recommended for laser printers. See Printer media considerations on page 11 for more information. NOTE: Use the priority feed slot for printing one envelope. Use the main input tray for printing multiple envelopes. 1. Before loading the envelopes, slide the media guides outward to slightly wider than the envelopes. 2. Place the envelopes with the side to be printed facing up and the top edge along the left media guide. Stack up to 15 envelopes. NOTE: If the envelopes have a flap on the short edge, feed that edge into the printer first. 3. Adjust the media guides to the length and width of the envelopes. 4. Access the printer properties (or printing preferences in Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7). See Printer properties (driver) on page 8 for instructions. ENWW Printing multiple envelopes 27

1.
Before loading the envelopes, slide the media guides outward to slightly wider than the envelopes.
