Detach the TouchPad LED board, Remove the TouchPad LED board and cable

Remove the TouchPad LED board and cable: 1. Turn the top cover upside down, with the front toward you. 2. Release the ZIF connector (1) to which the TouchPad LED board cable is connected, and then disconnect the TouchPad LED board cable (2) from the TouchPad button board. 3. Detach the TouchPad LED board (2) from the top cover. (The TouchPad LED board is attached to the top cover with double-sided tape.) 4. Remove the TouchPad LED board and cable. Remove the TouchPad LED board and cable:
1.
Turn the top cover upside down, with the front toward you.
2.
Release the ZIF connector
(1)
to which the TouchPad LED board cable is connected, and then
disconnect the TouchPad LED board cable
(2)
from the TouchPad button board.
3.
Detach the TouchPad LED board
(2)
from the top cover. (The TouchPad LED board is attached to
the top cover with double-sided tape.)
4.
Remove the TouchPad LED board and cable.
Reverse this procedure to install the TouchPad LED board and cable.
