NOTE: If the datastore has sufficient free space, you are able to add multiple virtual disks to the same datastore by clicking on the right-most + column. The number will increment up to 10, as long as there is sufficient free space. For example, I the datastore has only 7.5 TB free space, the maximum number of virtual disks that you will be allowed to create is 7. 6. Click Apply. SEM creates the new virtual disk on the datastore and also calls the StoreOnce CLI commands to prepare and add the storage. Locate the Serial Number field in the Administration - Devices page and make a copy of it. Follow the instructions in Licensing (page 12) to obtain the license for the StoreOnce VSA and save it as a text file. 2. When you have obtained the unique license, click on the Name hyperlink for the StoreOnce VSA on the Devices - All Devices page and select the License tab. A warning is displayed saying that the license is currently an evaluation license and when it will expire. 3. Click on Install License... 4.
