TROUBLE SHOOTING Fault message Outside working area Low battery voltage Wrong PIN code No drive No contact in charging station Charging station blocked Stuck in charging station Upside down Needs manual charging Cause If this occurs in isolated areas it may be due to interference from metallic objects (perimeter fence, reinforcement bar) or buried cables in the vicinity. The working area slopes too much. The boundary wire has been routed the wrong way around an island. The boundary wire is too close to the edge of the working area. Automower® cannot find the charging station. The battery is spent. Wrong PIN code has been entered. Three attempts are permitted, the keypad is then blocked for five minutes. Automower® has got caught in something. Automower® makes poor contact with the contact strips in the charging station. The contact between the charging strips and contact strips may be poor and Automower® has made a number of charging attempts. An object is obstructing Automower®. An object is preventing Automower® from reversing out of the charging station. Automower® leans too much or has turned over. Automower® is set in MAN operating mode. Action Try moving the boundary wire. Check that the boundary wire has been routed correctly. Check that the boundary wire has been routed in accordance with the installation instructions. Check that the boundary wire has been routed correctly. Change the search settings according to the Follow loop in (3-2-2) on page 50. Change the position of the charging station. Expected life is 1 - 4 years. Contact your dealer to replace the battery. Enter the correct PIN code. Free the mower and rectify the reason for the lack of drive. If it is due to wet grass, wait until the lawn has dried before using the mower.To keep the drive wheels clean and thus increase traction, use Automower® wheel brushes (505 13 27-01). Check that Automower® has docked correctly in the charging station. Place Automower® in the charging station and check that the charging strips and contact strips make good contact.
