For detailed information about the system requirements and platform-specific installation instructions check the Tivoli Storage Manager server installation guide for your operating system. As a brief introduction we describe the installation steps on a Windows system here: 1. Go to the directory to which you have unpacked the ISC and Administration Center code. Start the installation with setupISC.exe. The InstallShield Wizard for IBM Integrated Solutions Console, as shown in Figure 3-5 on page 86, appears. Click Next. Chapter 3. Server installation 85
