Have a Tivoli Storage Manager server administrator ID with the appropriate authority granted. See 8.1.4, "Recommended administrators" on page 286, for information about creating an administrator ID. Client options for the administrative client are set in the client options files. Assuming a TCP/IP communications method, the only required option is the TCPSERVERADDRESS.
