2.22 FIPS mode setting function 2 2.22 FIPS mode setting function The FIPS mode can be set in this machine after logon to the administrator mode. Perform the following for the FIPS mode settings. - Set [FIPS Settings] to [ON]. With [Enhanced Security Mode] set to [ON], [FIPS Settings] is not displayed. Set [Enhanced Security Mode] to [OFF] for the setting. 2.22.1 Setting the FIPS mode 0 The control panel and the Web Connection can be used for this setting. 0 For the procedure to access the administrator mode, see page 2-2. 0 Do not leave the machine with the setting screen of administrator mode left shown on the display. Turn the Power OFF and ON." is displayed. 6 Turn the main power switch OFF/ON. % Register again the digital certificate deleted in Step 4 above. FIPS mode setting function
The FIPS mode can be set in this machine after logon to the administrator mode.
Perform the following for the FIPS mode settings.

Set [FIPS Settings] to [ON].
With [Enhanced Security Mode] set to [ON], [FIPS Settings] is not displayed. Set [Enhanced Security
Mode] to [OFF] for the setting.

Call the administrator mode.

Tap [Security] - [FIPS Settings].
