Any person authorized to intervene shall be called for any important setting or repair operations, especially for electrical repair purposes. Handling hot foil stamping requires the following rules to be complied with in order to prevent any risks to helth. Refer to MSDS - material safety data sheets (refer to 1 - appendix). As any machine using elements heating up to more than 70°C, the iFOIL S shall have a fire extinguisher nearby. For more safety, a 60 cm perimeter around the iFOIL S is recommended; as a rule, the more free the direct area around the machine, the less substantial the risks in terms of both pallet size and chemical products. It is prohibited to place chemical products inside the machine. It is highly recommended not to have flammable materials around the machine; 1 meter clearance all around the machine allows for safe working. For user convenience, it is recommended to have an air renewal system. As a matter of fact, the iFOIL S operates with Allogen lamps which release heat, and the ambient temperature may rise at the end of the day. Do not let the machine operate alone When operating, the iFOIL S uses heating elements -up to more than 70°C-even though sensors are present to prevent all risks, it is prohibited to leave the iFOIL S in unattended operation. General using security rules

iFOIL S Safety Instructions

performing any maintenance or repair operation. Any person

repair operations, especially for electrical repair purposes.

Safety - Fire extinguisher
As any machine using elements heating up to more than 70°C, the
iFOIL S shall have a fire extinguisher nearby.
Safety perimeter
For more safety, a 60 cm perimeter around the iFOIL S is
recommended; as a rule, the more free the direct area around the
machine, the less substantial the risks in terms of both pallet size
and chemical products. It is prohibited to place chemical products
inside the machine.
Recommendations
It is highly recommended not to have flammable materials around
the machine; 1 meter clearance all around the machine allows for
safe working. For user convenience, it is recommended to have an
