iFOIL S 5.3.3 Heating roller pressure adjustment 5.Machine consumables and cleaning Check on the both manometer on top of the heating roller if the pressure is correct. Min: 2.5 bars Max: 6 Tips: Recommended value: 4 bars. If the pressure value was not correct, adjust it. To do so pull up the manometer handle and turn it. If there is a little difference of angle, you can adjust it by setting a different pressure between the both sides. Tips: Put a little bit less pressure on backside could be helpful. CAUTION: if you have a difference of pressure superior at 0.5 bars between the both sides to get a good quality, you need to call a qualified technician. 5.3.4 Tension roller pressure adjustment Check on the both manometer on top of each tension roller (tension-in and tension-out). Normal value is 4 bars. [2] [1] To adjust the pressure, unscrew the counter nut [1] and screw or unscrew the handle [2]. User Manual 44
