iFOIL S 5.Machine consumables and cleaning Tips: If necessary lift up the separation rollers to make easier foil passage (refer to 5.3.1 - Separating roller height adjustment). CAUTION: Do not forget to put back in correct position the separation roller. This setting is an important setting on the iFOIL S. The height of the separation rollers have a great influence on quality. Tips: In By-pass mode and By-pass normal mode it is recommended to lift up the separation roller to avoid marking your printing sheets. Continue to lead the foil through the different rollers according to foil running diagram 1 inch until to reach the tension-out roller (refer to Erreur ! Source du renvoi introuvable. - iFOIL S component location). When you reach the tension-out roller, open it with the switch (refer to 4.4.1 - iFOIL S panel presentation). Pass the foil through the tension-out roller and continue to lead the foil according to foil running diagram 1 inch until to reach the rewinding axle (refer to 4.4.1 - iFOIL S panel presentation). Fix the foil on mandrel with a piece of tape. CAUTION: The foil on rewinding axle need to be align with the foil on 1 inch unwinding axle to avoid winkle on it. If the foil is wrinkled the quality will be bad. User Manual 33
