Staple Alarm Purpose: To specify how the printer responds when it is out of staples. Values: Off* Single Continuous When Off is selected, the printer does not stop printing, just stapling. The operator panel displays Staples Empty. Printer stops printing, displays Load Staples, and sounds three quick beeps. Printer stops printing, displays Load Staples, and repeats three beeps every 10 seconds until the staple cartridge is replaced.
