If you're composing a message, press the voice key to begin dictation. Key Functions ⅷ Power/Screen Lock Button: turn the phone on or off or put the display to sleep. ⅷ Message Light: see when you have a new message or see your phone's charging status at a glance. ⅷ Volume Buttons: adjust the ringer volume or adjust the voice volume during a call. ⅷ Home Key: return to the home screen. Press and hold the home key to see your most recently used apps. ⅷ Menu Key: open additional options for whatever screen you are viewing. ⅷ Micro USB Connector/Accessory Jack: connect the phone charger or an optional USB cable (included). CAUTION! Inserting an accessory into the incorrect connector may damage the phone. ⅷ Microphone: allow other callers to hear you clearly when you are speaking to them. ⅷ Search Key: open a Google™ search screen so you can search the web. ⅷ Back Key: return to the previous screen. 2A.
