Keypad Volume - To set the volume for the keypad, press the Directional key Up and Down (this option only works when the master volume is not set to All Sounds Off, Alarm Only, or Vibrate Only by pressing the Volume keys, see "Phone at A Glance," p. 11). 4. Service Alerts - To activate an alert. • ERI - Enhanced roaming indicator (ERI) displays the status of the mobile service (network service). The status can be "Verizon Network", "Extended Network", or "Roaming".
