For example, if you connect your DVD player to the MULTI CH input, you must assign it to the DVD input selector. 1 Press the [RECEIVER] button, followed by the [SETUP] button. The main menu appears onscreen. 3 Use the Up and Down [R]/[X] but- tons to select "5. Analog Audio Input", and then press [ENTER]. The "Analog Audio Input" menu appears. 1-5. You can assign the multichannel input to the following input selectors: "DVD", "VCR/DVR", "CBL/SAT", "GAME/TV", "AUX1", "AUX2", "TAPE", "CD", or "PHONO". 5 Press the [SETUP] button. Setup closes. If you connect a component to the AV receiver’s analog
multichannel input, you must assign that input to an
input selector. For example, if you connect your DVD
player to the MULTI CH input, you must assign it to the
DVD input selector.
Notes:
To listen to the component connected to the multi-
channel input, press the [AUDIO SEL] button repeat-
edly to select Multich (see page 120).
This procedure can also be performed on the AV
receiver by using its [SETUP] button, arrow buttons,
and [ENTER] button.
