RJ-11C Telephone Jack 02006990001 Telephone Line Cable (Included) J Power Cord Plug one end of the power cord into an ordinary 3 prong AC outlet and the other end into the receptacle on the rear of the machine. Warning : This apparatus must be properly earth grounded through an ordinary 3 prong AC outlet. Your machine uses little power and you should keep it ON at all times. If the power is turned OFF for too long, the contents of the memory may be lost. 2. DX-1000 has 2 separate rechargeable batteries to preserve the memory contents in case of a short term power failure. One for the machine parameters (such as LOGO, ID Number, Auto-dialer Telephone Number, etc.) which can back up for 10 days and the other one for the document memory, which can back up for 1 hour when fully charged. 3. The built-in rechargeable batteries require 48 hours to be fully charged in the machine.
