Sending Documents via Telephone Line 04008000002 When sending a document via telephone line, you can choose either Memory or Direct Transmission. Use Memory Transmission if: • You want to send the document to multiple stations. • You have to retrieve the original document immediately. • You want to take the advantage of the Multitasking design. Use Direct Transmission if: • The memory is full. • You want to send the document immediately. Use Voice Mode Transmission: • You want to send the document after talking with the other party. • You want to send the document after listening to a voice prompting. 04003030003 Memory Transmission 04003010001 04003040001 Your machine quickly stores the document into the machine's memory. Then, starts to dial the telephone number. Sending Documents via Telephone Line
When sending a document via telephone line, you can choose either Memory or Direct Transmission.
