Multi-Station Transmission (Broadcasting)
You can store the document(s) into memory and then send it to multiple stations (up to 200 addresses) via
LAN.
Set document(s) face down.
You can temporarily change the transmission settings.
Enter email addresses
(a) Enter by any combination of the following methods:
(Up to 200 stations)
One-Touch Dialing
Abbreviated Dialing
Directory Search Dialing, press
SET
after each
email address is entered.
(b) Enter the full email address (up to 50 addresses).
Manual Number Dialing, press
SET
after each
station is entered.
Manual Number Dialing can not be used in
combination with One-Touch and Abbreviated Dialing.
START
The document(s) is stored into memory with a file number.
Then starts to send the email message.
1. If your machine sounds an alarm (pi–pi–pi) at Step 2, this indicates that the Dialer is Full (more than 50 full
email addresses are entered or 30 transmission reservations including G3 communication have been
already reserved).
