1.3.29 FWD (Call Forwarding) FWD (Call Forwarding) You can have your incoming calls forwarded to a specified destination. All Calls: All calls are forwarded. Preset extensions may also forward from their own receiving group. Busy: All calls are forwarded when your extension is busy. No Answer: All calls are forwarded when you do not answer the call within a specified time period. Busy/No Answer (BSY/NA): All calls are forwarded when you do not answer within a specified time period or when your extension is busy. Follow Me (From): If you fail to set the above-mentioned "All Calls" to forward before you leave your desk, you can set the same feature from the destination extension. • Incoming calls can be forwarded up to four times. • When using a SIP Extension, you cannot set/cancel the FWD feature at your extension. However, this feature is available if a forward destination is set through system programming. • You can set the floating extension number of a voice mail group or the ESVM card as a forward destination. • You can set your cellular phone as the forward destination. • Boss & Secretary feature The extension which has been set as the destination can call the forwarding extension.
