Grilled chicken Grilled chicken is specially designed to cook chicken pieces or chicken breasts. To prevent over-browning and drying of the skin, wrap each piece or breast of the chicken in foil. 3. Salmon steak Salmon steak is specially designed to cook salmon steaks. 4. White fish fillet White fish fillet is specially designed to cook white fish fillets. 5. Dehydrate (Single Only) Dehydrate dries food or removes moisture from food via heat circulation. After drying the food, keep it in a cool and dry place. For fruit, adding lemon or pineapple juice or sprinkling sugar on the fruit helps the fruit retain sweetness. See the table below for Dehydrate settings.
