Operating the oven Using the options function This function enables you to control various electronic control options. These options include temp adjust, temp unit, auto conversion, 12 hour or 24 hour time of day, 12 hour energy saving, language, sound on/off, and demo mode. The option menu is only available when the oven is not being used (not cooking). Options 1. Temp Adjust 2. Temp Unit 3. Auto Conversion Feature Lets you correct the temperature in the oven. Lets you program the oven control to display temperatures in Fahrenheit or Centigrade. The convection auto conversion feature automatically converts entered regular baking temperatures to convection baking temperatures. Lets you set the clock to display the time of day in the 12 hour or 24 hour mode. This feature automatically turns off the oven after 12 hours during baking functions or after 3 hours during a broil function. Lets you select English, French, or Spanish. Lets you set the oven controls to operate silently. Lets you set the wi-fi network to deactivate. This option is for use by retail establishments for display purposes only. Press 1 (Fahrenheit) or 2 (Celsius) on the number pad. 3. Press START/SET to save the changes. Auto Conversion When you use the auto conversion feature, the convection auto conversion feature will automatically convert entered regular baking temperatures to convection baking temperatures. If this feature is activated, the display will show the actual converted (reduced) temperature. For example, if you enter a regular recipe temperature of 350 °F and press Oven Start/Set, the display will show the converted temperature of 325 °F. If you think the oven is too hot or too cool, you can correct the temperature in the oven. Before correcting, test a recipe by using a temperature setting that is higher or lower than the recommended temperature.
