A convection fan may automatically turn on and off. The shiny, silver-colored racks were cleaned in a selfcleaning cycle. Solution Operate the oven empty on the bake setting at 400 °F for 1 hour. Problem Excessive condensation in the drawer. Possible cause There is liquid present in the drawer. Uncovered foods. The temperature is set too high. Food dries out in the warming drawer. Moisture is escaping. The drawer is not fully closed. Solution Remove the liquid. Cover food with a lid. Adjust the temperature to a lower setting. Cover food with a lid. Push the drawer in until the latch engages. Fan noise. Oven racks are difficult to slide. This is not a system failure but normal operation. Apply a small amount of vegetable oil to a paper towel, and then wipe the edges of the oven racks with the paper towel. DRAWER Problem The drawer does not slide smoothly or drags. Possible cause The drawer is out of alignment. The drawer is over-loaded or the load is unbalanced. A fuse in your home may be blown or a circuit breaker may have tripped.
