ENGLISH Playback Lecture FRANÇAIS VOICE + Function Fonction VOIX + ✤ The Voice+ function works only in mode. ➥ page 19 TV ✤ When you want to play back or record a tape- recorded movie on other AV device, you can transfer the voice sound incoming from the internal microphone of your camcorder, instead of the audio signals on a pre-recorded tape. 1. Connect the provided Audio/Video Cable to the AV VCR Jack of the Camcorder. 2. Connect the other end of the cable to the VCR/DVD Recorder/TV by matching the colors of the terminals. 3. Set the [Power] switch to [PLAYER]. 4. Set the [Mode] switch to [TAPE]. SC-D371/D372 (SC-D375(H)/D975 only) 5. Insert the tape you wish to play back in this camcorder. œ 6. Press the [Start/Stop] button on a point where you want during the playback. I Voice+ icon ( ) is displayed on the screen and will flicker on the screen for a while. 5 I Sound incoming from the internal microphone will be transferred to the connected AV device, instead of the pre-recorded sound on a tape. 7. I During the VOICE+ process, the functions of [MENU] 6 button or [PHOTO] button do not work. I The VOICE+ function does not affect the original sound on the recorded tape. I Sound is transferred from the internal microphone on this camcorder to the connected AV device, when using the Voice+ function. So take care that this microphone is not blocked. I Adjust the sound volume on the connected external device. ( TV, etc.) I Howling may occur near the speaker of an external device, please keep the camcorder at a distance from the external device. I Before connecting, make sure that the volume on the external device is turned down: forgetting this may cause howling from the external device's speakers. I Durant l'utilisation de VOICE+, les fonctions des touches [MENU] et [PHOTO] sont désactivées. I La fonction VOICE+ n'affecte pas la bande sonore originale de la cassette enregistrée. I Lorsque vous utilisez la fonction Voice+, le son est transféré du microphone intégré du caméscope vers le dispositif AV raccordé. Veillez donc à ce que le micro ne soit pas bloqué. I Réglez le volume sonore du dispositif AV raccordé. ( TV, etc.) I La proximité d'un haut-parleur périphérique peut provoquer un ronronnement ou sifflement ; veuillez tenir le caméscope éloigné du périphérique. I Veillez à ce que le volume du périphérique soit baissé avant d'en effectuer le raccordement : cet oubli peut provoquer un ronronnement provenant des haut-parleurs du périphérique. 67
