Office The Office settings allow you to configure SharePoint and OneNote. Enter a user name to identify yourself in comments and for collaboration and document tracking efforts. 1. From the Home screen, touch ➔ Settings ➔ applications ➔ Office. 2. Touch user name and enter a user name that identifies you in comments and document tracking efforts. 3. Touch Open SharePoint links in the Office hub to enable that function. Configure the SharePoint Unified Access Gateway (UAG) Server If you want to be able to connect to the SharePoint site from outside your organization using a different Wi-Fi network or your mobile data connection, you must configure settings for a Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway (UAG) server, if your organization uses one. 1. From the Home screen, touch ➔ Settings ➔ applications ➔ Office. 2. Touch UAG server then touch each field and use the keypad to enter your UAG server address, User name, and Password. Touch Show password to display the value in the Password field. Touch done to save the information. Note: The UAG server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection. Restore Default Office Settings To erase all saved Office settings, local files, and offline files, and then restore Office to its default factory settings: 1. From the Home screen, touch ➔ Settings ➔ applications ➔ Office. 2. Touch reset Office. 3. At the WARNING! prompt, touch reset. Changing Your Settings 96

From the Home screen, touch

in comments and document tracking efforts.

Touch
Open SharePoint links in the Office hub
to enable that
function.
Configure the SharePoint Unified Access Gateway (UAG)
Server
If you want to be able to connect to the SharePoint site from
outside your organization using a different Wi-Fi network or your
mobile data connection, you must configure settings for a

organization uses one.
