For storage management, please refer to the next section. The camera supports two formats of network storage file systems: NFS and SMB/CIFS. NFS, Network File System, is natively supported by Linux computers and most NAS, Network Attached Storage. SMB/CIFS, Common Internet File System, is natively supported by Windows® systems and now is generally supported by Linux and OS X®. You can add up to 8 network storages for your camera.
