4. Operation 4.3.6.2.3 Output Settings Output Freq (Hz): Output frequency. The value can be 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Output Volt Level (V): Output voltage level. The value can be 120 or 127. Inverter Volt Adjust (%): Inverter voltage regulated. The value can be -5% - 0 - +5%, in increments of 0.5%. The default value is 0. Figure 4-30: Output Settings 4.3.6.2.4 Battery Settings Note: The UPS configuration for the battery cabinet depends on which S3M UPS model and which battery cabinet model are being connected together. Refer to the S3M-Series battery cabinet manual for specific UPS configuration instructions. Battery Group: The Battery Group is quantity 1 for every set of 20 batteries that are within the UPS and/or the battery cabinet connected to the UPS. For example, UPS model S3M100K has no internal batteries. However, to connect one BP240V100L (40 internal batteries) battery cabinet to the S3M100K UPS, you must configure the S3M100K to Battery Group 2, and if you connect a second BP240V100L battery cabinet to the S3M100K UPS, update the Battery Group to 4. The value range is 1 to 8. The default value is 1. Battery Number: The default value is 20. The battery number must remain at 20 for all S3M10-100K UPS models whether used with or without Tripp Lite external battery cabinets designed for the S3M-Series UPS line. Single Battery (Ah) Capability: Modify the value to the individual Ah capacity for one battery. The value range is 7 to 2000.
