5. Troubleshooting If the UPS system is not functioning normally, check for errors in installation, wiring or operation. If all these aspects check out with no problems, contact support at tripplite.com/support with the following information: 1. Product model name and serial number. 2. Description of the problem with details, such as LCD display information, LED statuses, etc. Read this owner's manual carefully. The table below may help you solve the problem easily.
