Launching the Dashboard Use one of the following methods to launch the dashboard: IF you want to launch from . . . Desktop Icon THEN . . . Double-click the dashboard icon to launch the My Cloud EX2 Ultra dashboard. A browser or Windows Explorer Windows 10/ Windows 8 or 8.1 Windows 7/Vista Windows XP Using Device Name: 1. Enter the name of your My Cloud EX2 Ultra device (default name: MycloudEX2Ultra) in the browser's address field: - http:// (Windows) (Example: http://MyCloudEX2Ultra) - https://.local (Mac) (Example: https://MyCloudEX2Ultra.local) 2. Click Go. Using IP Address: 1. Enter the IP address of your My Cloud EX2 Ultra device in the browser's address field: http:// You can find the IP address from your router's UI. Launching the Dashboard
Use one of the following methods to launch the dashboard:

Using Device Name

Enter the name of your My Cloud EX2 Ultra device (default
