Chapter 1 Introduction 1.2.2 VoIP Features Use SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) accounts with the LTE Device to make and receive VoIP telephone calls. Figure 2 LTE Device's VoIP Application PSTN The LTE Device sends your call to a VoIP service provider's SIP server which forwards your calls towards the destination VoIP or PSTN phones. 1.3 The WLAN Button Use the WLAN ON/OFF button to turn the wireless LAN on or off. 1 Make sure the POWER LED is on (not blinking). 2 Push the WLAN ON/OFF button to the ON position. The WLAN LED should change from on to off or vice versa. Note: You must also enable WLAN in the Network > Wireless LAN > General screen to use wireless LAN. The WLAN LED should be on. 1.4 The WPS Button Use the WPS button to activate WPS in order to quickly set up a wireless network with strong security. 1 Make sure the POWER LED is on (not blinking). 2 Press the WPS button for more than five seconds and release it. Press the WPS button on another WPS -enabled device within range of the LTE Device. The WLAN LED flashes while the LTE Device sets up a WPS connection with the wireless device. Note: You must activate WPS in the LTE Device and in another wireless device within two minutes of each other. See Chapter 5 on page 62 for more information. 16 LTE-5121 User's Guide
