Chapter 1 Introduction 1.8 The RESET Button If you forget your password or cannot access the web configurator, you will need to use the RESET button at the back of the device to reload the factory-default configuration file. This means that you will lose all configurations that you had previously and the passwords will be reset to the defaults. 1 Make sure the POWER LED is on (not blinking). 2 To set the device back to the factory default settings, press the RESET button for ten seconds or until the POWER LED begins to blink and then release it. When the POWER LED begins to blink, the defaults have been restored and the device restarts. 1.9 Wall-mounting Instructions Do the following to hang your LTE Device on a wall. 1 Locate a high position on a wall that is free of obstructions. Use a sturdy wall. 2 Hold the bracket against the wall and mark where to drill the holes. 3 For a concrete or brick wall find a drill bit with the same diameter as the screw anchors. If you do not need the screw anchors, find a drill bit slightly smaller in diameter than the included screws. 4 Drill the two screw holes in the wall. Be careful to avoid damaging pipes or cables located inside the wall when drilling holes for the screws. 5 Use a hammer to tap the screw anchors into the holes. The RESET Button
If you forget your password or cannot access the web configurator, you will need to use the
RESET
button at the back of the device to reload the factory-default configuration file. This means that you
will lose all configurations that you had previously and the passwords will be reset to the defaults.

Make sure the
POWER
LED is on (not blinking).

To set the device back to the factory default settings, press the
RESET
button for ten seconds or
until the
POWER
LED begins to blink and then release it. When the
POWER
LED begins to blink,
the defaults have been restored and the device restarts.

Wall-mounting Instructions
Do the following to hang your LTE Device on a wall.
1
Locate a high position on a wall that is free of obstructions. Use a sturdy wall.

Hold the bracket against the wall and mark where to drill the holes.

For a concrete or brick wall find a drill bit with the same diameter as the screw anchors. If you do
not need the screw anchors, find a drill bit slightly smaller in diameter than the included screws.
4
Drill the two screw holes in the wall.
Be careful to avoid damaging pipes or cables located inside the wall
when drilling holes for the screws.
5
Use a hammer to tap the screw anchors into the holes.
