Chapter 3 Connection Status and System Info Table 2 System Info Screen (continued) LABEL Status Security Mode WAN Status Status SIM Card Status DESCRIPTION This shows whether or not the SSID is enabled (on). This displays the type of security the LTE Device is using in the wireless LAN. This displays 4G LTE for an LTE connection, 3G UMTS for a 3G connection, 2G GPRS for a 2G connection, or UNKNOWN if the carrier's signal coverage is out of the expected scope. This displays the SIM card status: PIN disabled - the SIM card has no PIN code security. PIN required - the SIM card has PIN code security, but you did not enter the PIN code yet. PIN verified - the SIM card has PIN code security, and you entered the correct PIN code. PIN locked - you entered an incorrect PIN code too many times, so the SIM card has been locked; call the ISP for a PUK (Pin Unlock Key) to unlock the SIM card. SIM card locked call operator - the PUK (Pin Unlock Key) failed, so the SIM card has been locked. No SIM Card - the LTE Device does not detect that there is a SIM card inserted. Signal Strength Service Provider Frequency Band Connection Uptime SINR LTE F/W Version IMEI IMSI Antenna Status Interface Status Interface SIM Card Error - there is another SIM card error different from the ones listed above. This displays the strength of the LTE connection that the LTE Device has with the base station which is also known as eNodeB or eNB. This displays the service provider's name of the connected LTE network. This displays the frequency band of the cellular connection. LTE displays for an LTE connection. This displays how long the LTE connection has been available since it was last established successfully. This displays the Signal to Interference plus Noise Ratio in dB. This displays the version of the firmware on the LTE module. This displays the LTE Device's International Mobile Equipment Identity number (IMEI). An IMEI is a unique ID used to identify a mobile device. This displays the International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of the installed SIM card. An IMSI is a unique ID used to identify a mobile subscriber in a mobile network. This displays whether the LTE Device is using the internal or external WAN antennas.
