Power Supply Power is not being supplied. l The READY light does not come on. Check that the power cord is plugged into the electrical outlet correctly. If the electrical outlet is controlled by a switch or automatic timer, use a different outlet. Plug another electrical device into the outlet to determine whether the outlet is operating properly. l The READY light comes on briefly and then goes off. The light stays off even when the power is switched on again. Check that the printer's voltage rating matches the voltage of your electrical outlet. If the voltages do not match, unplug the printer and contact your dealer immediately. Do not reconnect the power cord to an electrical outlet. If problems persist, contact your Epson dealer, or a qualified service person. Troubleshooting 6-3
