It is not dependent upon the number of entities installed in a Cabinet. The Utilities Subsystem is not allowing the cabinet to power up due to an insufficient number of installed IO fans. Recommended Action: Install missing IO fans, or if proper number installed, troubleshoot IO fan presence detection. SNMP Trap: hpevtAbortStartIofan - 7784 in HPIFPTRAP.MIB. 7786 Warning AC power to the PDCA was removed. Data Byte 3 specifies PDCA number. Probable Cause: Power source supplying AC to the PDCA has failed. Recommended Action: Troubleshoot AC power problem.
