To view internal disk information • Refresh Click Refresh to update the information on this page without changing tabs. Clicking the browser's refresh button returns you to the Status tab. • Disk Name The name of the internal disk. • Unavailable No disk is detected in the expansion slot. • Actions ƒ Add You must tell the Media Vault how you want new storage space allocated. When you click Add, you have the option to increase your storage space or to make the storage redundant or mirrored. ƒ Safely Remove Click Safely Remove prior to physically removing an internal or external disk. • Type ƒ Mirrored A mirrored share automatically stores an exact copy of files on a second hard drive. Using a mirrored share reduces the chance of you losing critical files if one hard drive fails. ƒ Non-Mirrored A non-mirrored share is stored on a single hard drive. The HP Media Vault does not automatically maintain a copy of these files on a second hard drive. If a non-mirrored drive fails, the files stored on it are lost. • Status ƒ Healthy The drive is functioning properly. ƒ Building 10- Version 114
