Fabric OS 4.4.0f is a patch release containing fixes to a number of defects. This patch release also includes the same feature set as the Fabric OS 4.4.0 release. HP upgrade recommendations HP strongly urges customers to take the following actions: • Upgrade Fabric OS 4.1.x or 4.2.x systems to Fabric OS 4.4.0f directly. Do not upgrade those systems to Fabric OS 4.4.0, Fabric OS 4.4.0e or any firmware version in between. • Upgrade existing switches running Fabric OS 4.4.0 or Fabric OS 4.4.0a to Fabric OS 4.4.0f as soon as possible.
