Table 8 Fabric OS 4.4.0d closed issues summary Closed defect Status Issue: Bad RSCN from 3rd party Fixed switch caused name server to assert and switch panic Symptom: kSWD: Detected Unexpected Termination of: ''[0]nsd Issue: Common Access Layer Daemon (CALD) crash generated core dump files and switch panic. Fixed Symptom: When an overnight script was run to disable/enable and to change speed on E-ports, CALD generated core dump files. Issue: In PID Format 2 (Extended Edge PID Format), extend the support beyond 127 ports. In PID Format 2 (Extend Edge PID FORMAT), change max port support to 256. Fixed This change does not impact PID format 1 (the most common used Core PID Format). It only impacts PID format 2 (Extended Edge PID) Issue: Web Tools/FM displays incorrect SCSI inquiry name for iSCSI initiator and cannot see all devices when launch switch is FOS 4.4.x Fixed Symptom: When using FOS4.4.x as launch switch, the inquiry name for the iSCSI initiator is displayed incorrectly as a long hex string.
