The HNVE1 has one alarm input and one alarm output available to connect to peripheral devices (Figure 2-3). When alarm inputs are configured, the camera triggers an alarm only when the normal state (open or closed) changes (see Figure 2-4). See Programming Alarm Contacts on page 59 to configure the alarm inputs.
