IC Link for Windows IC Link Image Converter IC Link also comes equipped with an image converter which will encompass rasterized data from a *.BMP or *.JPEG file with PRESCRIBE Macro commands. Keeping in mind the quality of the scanned image, this feature of IC Link can be used as a method to create simple PRESCRIBE based forms from scanned images.
