Removing printer or flash memory WARNING:Electronic components are easily damaged by static electricity. Touch something metal before you touch the memory option. Latch If necessary, refer to the Setup Guide for instructions on accessing the printer system board. 1 Locate the memory option you want to remove. 2 Push out on the latches at each end of the connector. 3 Pull the memory option out of the connector. 4 Place the memory option in its original packaging. If you did not save the packaging, wrap it in paper and store it in a box. 5 If you need to install a replacement memory option or other option on the system board, refer to the Setup Guide. 6 Refer to the Setup Guide for instructions on closing the printer system board. Removing Options
Removing printer or
flash memory
If necessary, refer to the

for instructions on accessing the
printer system board.

Locate the memory option you want to remove.

ARNING
:
Electronic components are easily
damaged by static electricity. Touch something
metal before you touch the memory option.

Push out on the latches at each end of the connector.
3
Pull the memory option out of the connector.
4
Place the memory option in its original packaging. If you did not
save the packaging, wrap it in paper and store it in a box.

option on the system board, refer to the
