If you suspect that a message is in a certain state, you can also search only for messages that are: • Blocked • Bounced • Delivered • Quarantined Sender, Recipient, Subject This includes quarantined items that have pending release requests. • Queued You can multi-select to search for messages in more than one status. You can search for emails containing particular sender, recipient or subject text. The appliance may modify the subject of some emails, typically by adding a [spam] or [phish] prefix to the subject line. However, the subject displayed on the Message Search page is the original subject line of the email message before the appliance makes any changes. You can use the * and ? wildcard characters in your searches. To search for a literal *, ? or \ character within these fields, use the backslash (\) character before the search term.
