Charging the Battery Turning On and Off the Camera Remove the lens cap before turning on the camera. Press the power switch to turn on the camera. The power-on lamp (green) lights, and then the monitor is turned on (the poweron lamp is turned off when the monitor is turned on). Press the power switch again to turn off the camera. When the power is turned off, the monitor and power-on lamp are turned off. • When the camera is off, holding down the c button turns on the camera in playback mode (A34). Turning On and Off the Camera
Remove the lens cap before turning on
the camera.
Press the power switch to turn on the
camera.
The power-on lamp (green) lights, and
then the monitor is turned on (the power-
on lamp is turned off when the monitor is
turned on).
Press the power switch again to turn off the camera. When the power is turned off,
the monitor and power-on lamp are turned off.
